After staring at snow and gray skies for so many days, this image is a breath of fresh air. I can't wait for spring to come! I love the vibrant colors and the endless depth of field. Lovely! charlie - alwayscurious.com
Rusty, what camera are you using, & what are the specs on this photo?
Thanks Charlie O! (Great site you have, BTW)
Bonnie,
This was shot with a Canon EOS Elan and a Canon 20mm lens on Fuji Velvia. Velvia produces very color saturated photos (too much so for some photogs). I don't keep a record of the shutter / exposure settings I used, but I more than likely had the camera set to grab as much depth of field as possible. In the old days your lenses had depth of field parameters marked on them to help you determine the aperture range you could use... now they leave it up to the camera to decide.
